The WSCA Board recently voted to create a social media page via Facebook in hopes of more discussion and to get the word out to others about sporting clays.
If you have a Facebook account you can join the site from the following link:https://www.facebook.com/groups/211582742370242/
If not, consider joining Facebook to access our social media page.
We will continue to post scores and information on WSCA.
All WSCA board information will now be housed under its own tab. It will include Upcoming meetings, meeting minutes, updates, and election information
Several clubs (Seattle Skeet and Trap, Lost Pair Ranch and Upper Nisqually Sportsman Club) are now using ScoringPro. This application allows the clubs to get the scores posted the same day of the shoot because it is connected to NSCA and doesn’t have to be reentered into Excel. All information about shooters is right there. Also, NSCA updates ScoringPro nightly so if you have changed classes, it already knows.
;Registering ahead of time for a shoot, saves you and the club time. On the day of the shoot the club will have your name on a list so you don’t need to sign in at the desk. All you have to do is choose your station and pay. Plus, if you sign up and can’t go, it’s no big deal
;WSCA is encouraging all shooters to register in advance at these clubs.
Here is the link:;ScoringPro/Register Online, find the shoot (by date), and click ‘Register’ It’s that simple.
The WSCA board still has an open position for a VP. Wouldn’t you like to have input into your sport? Help promote sporting clays? It’s only 4 meetings a year and we are a fun bunch!
If interested, please contact any board member.

With the interrupted season raising potential issues for shooters and NSCA member clubs, the NSCA Executive Council continues to meet weekly by conference call to address the unique challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In their May 4 meeting, the NSCA Executive Council made the decision to allow punches earned during the 2019 shoot year to be carried over to 2021. This decision will alter rule V-A-2-e of the 2020 NSCA Rule Book for the 2021 shoot year only.
We appreciate your help in informing the membership of this rule alteration. For more information, contact NSCA Assistant Director Nichole Bowers, 210-688-3371, ext. 255.
The Washington State shoot to be held at Lost Pair Ranch (LPR) has been moved to September. If you have registered, everything will move to this date. If, not, there is time to sign up. The dates are September 3-6.
